WorldSkills Africa has joined a global movement of skills excellence and development to raise the profile and recognition of skilled people.

WorldSkills Africa will contribute towards achieving the aspirations of Agenda 2063 and its vision to revamp TVET systems and thereby boost employability, inclusiveness, competitiveness and socio-economic growth through modernization of TVET and skills development systems. With the ambition to bring together countries from all over the world to develop the skills of young professionals as a vector for economic growth, the WorldSkills movement offers a unique opportunity to develop vocational training standards, encourage innovation, and promote trades and skills throughout the world.

We connect WorldSkills Members, Global Partners, governments, regional, continental, international organizations, educational institutions, and NGO partners to create and facilitate initiatives for sustainable skills development for youth in Africa.
