
Packages
Specially designed packages are available for WorldSkills Africa Livingstone 2025, featuring accommodation, local transport, airport transfers, and competition access. Choose the perfect package to experience this landmark skills event in Zambia’s tourism capital.


Accommodation
A total of 18 accommodation establishments have been selected as official accommodation for the event, with distances ranging from 5 to 20 minutes away from The Livingstone Skills Arena, the competition venue. Free Wi-Fi is available at each accommodation.

Catering
Breakfast is served at each delegate’s hotel, while lunch and refreshments are provided at the Competition venue. Dinner is included in all packages, except for Sponsor Representatives and Observers, with accommodations for dietary needs available upon request.


Skill out
Skill out will take place on C-2 and C1 to C4 during the Competition for all those who have access to the Skill Out Zone in their packages.
Transportation
Packages include airport transfers from Harry Mwanga Nkumbula Airport and daily transport between accommodations and the Competition venue. Transport is also provided for special events and will be supported by personnel at the airport and accommodations.


Accreditation
Accreditation badges, required for entry to the venue, are included in each package and can be collected onsite, with options for late arrival arrangements.
Excursions and Welcome Receptions
Participants will experience Zambia’s culture through excursions, including a sunset cruise for selected delegates and a guided Victoria Falls tour for Competitors. Each excursion is followed by a Welcome Reception with local entertainment.


Ceremonies
The Opening and Closing Ceremonies will take place at Acacia School, marking the official beginning and celebratory end of WSAL2025, including medal presentations.
WorldSkills Africa Conference
The WorldSkills Africa Conference will focus on technical discussions about TVET. It is available as an optional inclusion in participant packages.
